Home is your Program Summary
Schedule, cost, and cash flow for the capital plan sit on the page you land on. Filter it to a campus, region, or tag, save the view, and resize the cards to suit.
Tenants and certificates of insurance
Leases name their tenants and contacts, and COI expiration sits with the other critical dates. Orion reads the expiry off an attached certificate and warns before it lapses.
Date tags, and bulk edit for tags
Tags can hold a date, filtered by range. Bulk edit now sets tags across the selected projects, buildings, assets, or leases.
Digests shaped around each reader
Email digests follow what each person is assigned and has edited, so someone who only works on leases isn't sent project cost movement.
Every building, one page.
Building Explorer gathers everything a building touches, Prioritization gains a dashboard, and actual spend shows up next to the plan.

Capital Forecast and report cash flows can show what was actually spent next to what was planned, so leadership sees how a program is tracking.

See each change to a project with the old and new values side by side, and how each criterion contributes to its rating.
Monthly digests and organizations
A monthly email keeps a workspace informed without anyone signing in, and organizations let a partner run several workspaces from one place.
Imports read your tags, and assets are archived
Import Anything fills your own tag columns, not just the standard fields. Removing an asset archives it with its history, ready to restore.

Hand Orion PDFs, spreadsheets, CSVs, or photos instead of filling in templates. It reads them into projects, buildings, assets, and leases, and you review everything before it saves.
Read a lease straight off the PDF
Orion proposes each lease field with a confidence badge and the page it came from. Nothing is written until you accept it.
Comments, mentions, and notifications
Every project, building, asset, and lease carries a shared thread. Mention a teammate and they hear about it in Orion and by email.
Card and board views
All four editors get cards, and grouping turns them into a board. Drag a card between columns to change its status, building, or tag.
Actuals alongside the plan
Record what was actually spent next to planned cash flow, with a project's schedule and spending curve on one tab.
Asset reports and dark mode
The Report Center covers assets, with multi-sheet Excel exports, and the whole app can run in dark mode.

Admins build roles from view and edit switches per feature area, and Orion enforces them on every page and every save.

A "How this was calculated" view walks a project's cost cascade step by step, with that project's own numbers.
